What is your return policy for electronic equipment?
We offer a 14-day return window for pedals and accessories in original condition. Please note that custom-built amplifiers are subject to a restocking fee and must be authorized via our support team.
Are Fortin pedals compatible with both 9V and 18V power supplies?
Most Fortin pedals are designed for 9V DC center-negative power. Please refer to the specific product manual before using higher voltage to avoid damaging the internal circuitry.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
All new Fortin Amps products include a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
